FARADEX is a hardware layer on the energy path designed to condition power on continuous authorization. What is not claimed: it does not govern model cognition, general IT networks or software command channels, and no certification, deployment or regulatory endorsement is asserted. Standards it maps to: UL 4600, IEC 61508, ISO 26262, DO-254 and the NIST AI Risk Management Framework. Sovereign Kinetic has engaged NIST under docket 2025-0035.
