A LICENSED HARDWARE ARCHITECTURE
Software decides. Hardware permits.
Everything dangerous a machine does, it does with power. ARK makes that power conditional, a layer beneath your software controls, where software cannot argue its way past it.
01
The system is granted power only while it keeps proving it is authorized. Absent that proof, power is withheld on its own.
02
Authorization is re-checked continuously for as long as the system runs, not checked once at the door.
03
What was authorized versus what actually happened is written to hardware the governed system has no path to.
THE ARCHITECTURE
The final word belongs somewhere software can’t reach.
A control decision made in software can be wrong, spoofed, or compromised. ARK puts the last line of enforcement on the power path itself, beneath the computer it governs. Any software can run freely above it. What the architecture controls is whether an action becomes physical.
Three ideas carry the whole design. Power is de-energized by default and is granted only under live proof. That proof is re-checked continuously, so authorization is a continuous condition rather than a one-time certificate. And the system keeps a tamper-evident record of what it was authorized to do versus what it physically did, written to hardware the governed system has no path to, including a final entry captured as it powers down.
The same primitive scales from a single component to a whole facility, and it is designed to retrofit onto equipment already in the field by conditioning the standard control signals machines already use. The trust layer, recovery, attestation, and the forensic record, comes with every ARK license.
COMPUTE AND MEMORY
Make every watt in the data center conditional.
ARK turns rack and cluster power into something that has to be authorized before it flows, metered while it does, and withdrawn the moment it is not, a layer beneath the control plane where a compromised or runaway workload cannot reach to keep itself alive.
The problem in this domain
An AI data center’s real exposure is electrical. A workload that is misconfigured, compromised, or simply wrong draws power first and explains itself later. Capacity is sold and governed in contracts, but nothing on the floor enforces those contracts in the moment. Multi-tenant clusters ask operators to trust that every tenant’s software behaves. And the grid feels all of it.
What ARK conditions here
A governed distribution element serves compute loads and conducts only under a live, time-bounded permission generated outside the computers’ own control plane. It meters aggregate draw, curtails gracefully when draw exceeds what was authorized, and is built so it physically cannot interfere with existing electrical fault protection. Authorization is bound to time and place, so moving the hardware invalidates it.
Pre-authorized. A rack, tenant or workload draws only what it was granted, for the window it was granted.
Metered and revocable. Draw is measured continuously and permission can be withdrawn without a human having to react in time.
Graceful under pressure. Envelopes step down rather than slamming off, so a facility curtails instead of tripping.
Retrofit-minded. It conditions the distribution that already exists, rather than requiring the hall to be rebuilt.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
The ARK core plus the shared trust layer: a tamper-evident record of what was authorized versus what was drawn, attestation of the governing hardware, and recovery. Verify each installation at manufacturing; renew the license annually.

WHO IT’S FOR
Hyperscale and AI-cluster operators, colocation and multi-tenant providers, data-center power-electronics builders, and the utilities and regulators who need a real enforcement point for large loads.
Is this a remote off switch?
No. It grants power under continuous proof and curtails gracefully. There is no backdoor and nothing to flip from afar.
Does it add latency to workloads?
It conditions power to the system as a continuous state, not a check on each request, so it does not sit in the per-request path.
Did you invent 800 VDC?
No. The architecture is written for the rack-scale DC world now being built. The contribution is authorization-conditioning and the de-energized default, not the voltage class.
Do you build the hardware?
Licensing comes first. Sovereign Kinetic specifies and licenses the architecture. You can license the hardware design, or we can build it, depending on what you need. Your team verifies each installation at manufacturing.
AGENT AND SOFTWARE ACTION GATE
Give an AI agent only the data paths its behavior earns.
ARK makes an agent’s connections conditional on its verified behavior, re-checked continuously, on hardware below the software the agent runs in. A correct credential does not open a path if the physics behind it is wrong.
The problem in this domain
Agentic software now acts, not just answers, and it holds broad permissions to do it. The usual guardrails, access policy, monitoring, an audit log, a stop control, tend to live in the same stack the agent already runs in. Once an agent moves laterally or is compromised, the very thing meant to catch it is inside the blast radius. Stolen credentials pass checks that only test credentials. And the record of what happened is only as trustworthy as the software that wrote it.
What ARK conditions here
ARK puts the boundary a layer beneath the software commit, on the physical paths data travels. A connection to a tool, an API, another model, a memory store or a control line conducts only while a continuous proof confirms the node’s verified behavior matches an authorized profile, and it severs on anomaly. Every authentication event also triggers a hardware check of the node’s physical state, so a right password with the wrong physics does not bridge the gap.
Conditional paths. Tool, API and Model Context Protocol calls, inter-process communication and lateral data moves are dead unless verified behavior earns them.
Continuous, not one-time. The proof is re-checked for the life of the task, not checked once at the door.
Credential-aware. Authentication is bound to the node’s physical state, so stolen secrets alone do not open a path.
Outside the blast radius. The gate is hardware the agent’s software cannot reach to disable, so it holds when the agent is wrong or compromised.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
The ARK core plus the shared trust layer: a tamper-evident, independently timestamped record of authorized-versus-executed actions, attestation, and recovery. Verify each installation at manufacturing; renew the license annually.

WHO IT’S FOR
Enterprise AI platform and agent-infrastructure teams, vendors building runtime governance for agents, and regulated-industry AI programs that need a floor beneath their software controls rather than another control inside them.
Isn’t this just software security?
No. The gate is hardware below the stack the agent can reach. That is the point, because software controls fail exactly when the agent is compromised.
Does it replace my identity and policy tooling?
No. It is the floor beneath them. They decide; it is what the decision physically cannot be argued past.
What about false positives?
It governs against an authorized behavioral profile and is tuned per use case; each implementation is tested against the ARK requirements for its workload.
Do you build the hardware?
Licensing comes first: you can license the hardware design, or we can build it, depending on what you need. Each installation is verified at manufacturing.
KINETIC SYSTEMS
Hold every machine inside an envelope it cannot exceed.
ARK keeps robots, actuators and drives inside a fixed hardware envelope of power, force and speed, enforced below the controller, so a wrong command cannot become a dangerous motion.
The problem in this domain
A robot or drive acts on the world the instant current reaches its motor. A controller fault, a bad model output, or a compromise becomes motion, force and speed before anyone can intervene. The safety limits are usually enforced by the same controller that can be wrong. And a humanoid adds its own hazard: dropping power is a fall.
What ARK conditions here
Motion is held within a hardcoded envelope of maximum power, torque and velocity, enforced by hardware that operates independently of the controller. Statically stable equipment safe-stops by de-energizing. Anything that would fall holds a bounded safe envelope with a defined fallback rather than losing power.
Envelope in hardware. Power, force and speed limits live below the controller, where software cannot raise them.
Right safe state per machine. Safe-stop by de-energizing for statically stable equipment; a bounded envelope with a fallback for humanoids and anything that would fall.
Continuous. Authorization is re-checked for the life of the task, not granted once at startup.
Retrofit-minded. It conditions the standard control signals existing machines already use.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
The ARK core plus the shared trust layer: a tamper-evident record of intended versus actual motion, attestation, and recovery. Verify each installation at manufacturing; renew the license annually.

WHO IT’S FOR

Is this an emergency stop?
It is a continuous authorization floor, not a button. For statically stable equipment, losing power is a safe stop; for anything that would fall, it holds a bounded envelope with a fallback instead.
Does it slow the robot down?
No per-action latency. It conditions power as a continuous state rather than checking each command.
Does it replace my safety controller or safe-torque-off?
No. It is a hardware floor beneath them, independent of the controller they share.
Do you build the hardware?
Licensing comes first: you can license the hardware design, or we can build it, depending on what you need. Each installation is verified at manufacturing.
MOBILITY AND EDGE
A safe state for things that can’t simply stop.
Vehicles, aircraft, drones and vessels each need a different safe state. ARK enforces the right one in hardware, below the autonomy stack, so the fallback is never left to software that can fail.
The problem in this domain
For a moving platform, cutting power is often the dangerous option. A drone drops, a ship loses steerageway, a car coasts into traffic. Autonomy decisions can be wrong or spoofed, and the correct safe state depends entirely on the platform. Today that logic usually lives in the same software that may be failing.
What ARK conditions here
Authorization is bound to a defined operating envelope with a domain-correct fallback. Vehicles get graduated control and a limp mode. Aircraft and drones hold a bounded flight envelope, framed as governance of friendly fleets, never a power cut. Vessels hold a bounded safe-state, because a dead ship is not a safe ship.
Domain-correct safe state. Graduated and limp for vehicles; a bounded envelope with a defined fallback for aircraft, drones and vessels.
Never a blind power cut for anything that would fall or drift.
Bound to time and place. Authorization is tied to where and when the platform is cleared to operate.
Friendly-fleet coordination. Platforms can govern as a group; the framing is defensive only.

No. For anything that would fall or drift it never cuts power; it holds a bounded envelope with a defined fallback.
Is this a counter-drone weapon?
No. It is defensive governance of friendly fleets. Neutralization is out of scope.
Does it interfere with the control loop?
It conditions power as a continuous state rather than sitting in each command.

INFRASTRUCTURE AND GRID
An enforcement point where today there is only a contract.
ARK gives operators and utilities a hardware way to bound and curtail power across facilities and critical infrastructure, from a single element up to a whole facility hierarchy.
The problem in this domain
Large loads and critical facilities are governed by agreements, not enforcement. Curtailment is manual or contractual, and a runaway or compromised facility load becomes a grid problem with no physical point that holds the envelope. The gap between what was agreed and what is actually drawn is exactly where the risk sits.
What ARK conditions here
Hierarchical, authorization-conditioned power envelopes with graceful curtailment. Permission is generated outside the facility’s own control plane, the default state is de-energized, and the element is built so it cannot interfere with existing electrical fault protection. The envelope becomes a real, revocable limit rather than a line in a contract.
Hierarchical. From a single distribution element up to a facility-wide hierarchy.
Graceful curtailment. Envelopes step down rather than tripping the facility.
Independent authority. Permission comes from outside the facility’s own control plane.
Fault-safe. It cannot interfere with the electrical fault protection already in place.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
The ARK core plus the shared trust layer: a tamper-evident record of authorized versus drawn power, attestation, and recovery. Verify each installation at manufacturing; renew the license annually.

LIFE SCIENCES AND MEDICAL
Limit how far an unsafe action can spread.
In autonomous labs and medical systems, ARK bounds an action to a safe envelope and contains it. It is a safety and containment layer, never a way to keep a cut device running.
The problem in this domain
Autonomous labs and medical actuators act directly on the physical world, and an unsafe or compromised action can propagate: a mis-dosed step, a lab process that runs past its envelope, a device driven outside its safe range. Software limits can fail, and the safe response is delicate, because you can neither keep an unsafe device running nor always hard-stop one mid-procedure.
What ARK conditions here
A bounded safe envelope with a device-appropriate fallback that limits the spread of an unsafe action, enforced below the controller. Where de-energizing is safe, it is the fallback; where it is not, the envelope holds the device in a defined safe state. The framing is containment, never keeping a cut device running and never a blunt stop.
Contain the spread. An unsafe action is bounded before it propagates through the process or the device.
Device-appropriate fallback. The safe state fits the device rather than defaulting to a hard cut.
Below the controller. Enforced in hardware independent of the software that may be wrong.
Safety and containment only. No offensive or dual-use framing.
