Three ways to buy in. License the architecture if you want to build it yourselves. Take a governed power kit if you want the gate, controller, logging, and management interface from us. Or take a certified governed rack, where the kit ships inside partner power gear as one package. Integrate, do not incorporate: we keep the moat on the architecture, and partners keep making breakers and PDUs.

1 · Architecture license

The IP. License the ARK architecture when you want your own team to build it. Evaluation still starts in the NDA room, then you take a production license for the domain you ship in.

2 · Governed power kit

The product we manufacture: GaN gate, secure controller, logging, and management interface. Deploy it with the power gear you already run, or with a certified-compatible partner PDU or UPS.

3 · Certified governed rack

The kit integrated with partner power gear and sold as a bundle. One deployable package, without Sovereign Kinetic building the whole rack.

The deliverable

A reference-design package

Each license delivers a reference-design package for the GaN gate, the secure controller and the energy-path arrest: design files, bill of materials, integration guide and bench-test procedures, scoped to your license and your domain. The exact contents for each domain are listed in the NDA room.

If you would rather not build it yourself, we can build a completed unit to the reference design when asked.

Arrest

No gate latency

The GaN gate opens physically, with no detection delay of its own. Once a check fails, ARK cuts power, and the timing is set and verified for each installation and actuator.

Heartbeat

100 Hz to 1 kHz

The secure controller re-checks the signed heartbeat at 100 Hz to 1 kHz, set per installation. Lose the heartbeat, lose the energy.

Re-energizable

After a trip, the controller re-checks the next heartbeat runs. If the rule set clears, the GaN gate closes the contact again. You choose whether a named human signs off or the unit self-heals after a set number of clean runs. Not a fuse, not a kill switch.

Per device class

Limp mode for autonomous devices and vehicles. An instant cut for PCs, phones and small devices. The same architecture scales from micro devices to industrial valves in national infrastructure.

Licensed by domain

Production licenses are granted per domain. Compute comes first, and the other domains are also available.

ComputeData center rack power: rack PDUs and governed outlets, with a one-rack blast radius.

RoboticsRobotic arms, humanoids and mobile machines, with stop behavior set per device class.

MedicalMedical and life-critical equipment, where the stop limits the spread to the rest of the system.
